Hi Friends,
This is just a quick update to let you know that Richard J Oliver Gallery will be exhibiting at this years ArtWalk @ Liberty Station in San Diego this weekend!!!!

Its the 17th Annual Fine Art Festival:
Ingram Plaza at the Arts District

August 6 & 7, 2022 10AM to 6PM Saturday
10AM to 5PM Sunday Free to Attend.
2751 Dewey Road

We are BOOTH NUMBERS 136 & 134
(Near the Beer & Wine Garden!!!)

I'll be showing all my new Plein Air paintings from my recent trip to Europe inspired by the Wissant Group of Artists and featuring scenes from the Northern coast of France.

To those unable to attend the show and see the paintings in person we'll be soon releasing the France collection at our website as canvas prints on wood panels, ready to hang, signed by the artist.

You'll be able to choose individual prints, or purchase half or whole collection with bigger discounts.

We'll keep you posted on the release day for these prints.

Here's a quick preview of the collection.

Following the enormous success of our Spring festivals where Richard picked up a 2nd place in the Oil Painting category at Indian Wells followed by a 1st Place overall at Ojai we've opted for a more open layout for the Liberty Station show with a spacious 20 foot booth and opening on the side to let the light and air flow in and around.

The remainder of August and the whole of September Richard will take some time to replenish our body of artworks focusing on the recent trip to Big Sur as well as larger studio paintings inspired by the plein air paintings made in France.

We'll be unveiling all the new paintings at La Jolla Art and Wine festival in October.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us direct though our website or on social media channels like Instagram if you need more info.

We'll be sending out another news letter soon focusing on the trip to France and the exhibitions we saw and some photos of the villages and towns we visited. Until then we hope to see you at Liberty Station this weekend in San Diego!!!!
