This Plein air painting was made near Wissant in the North of France where the Artist visits annually. The painting looks back towards Cap Blanc New in the distance and the failure Orange coloured roofs found in the area. The small Church featured is named Église Saint-Martin found in the tiny village of Tardinghen. The rows of crops on the right lead the viewers eye into and around the painting creating movement thought the painting and up the coastline.
It is a Plein air painting on double primed canvas board. Board size 8” x 10”
Framed size 16” x 18” hand embellished and finished wood frame.
