Constructed Forms No. 1 marks the beginning of a new direction within the Geoscape collection, where landscape is distilled into pure form, light, and structure. Inspired by the principles of Bauhaus design, the composition moves beyond representation, exploring how geometry alone can evoke a sense of place. Bold architectural planes are softened by the rich textures of handmade mulberry paper, creating a tactile contrast between precision and imperfection. Light becomes a building material in its own right, defining depth, balance, and movement across the surface. Rather than depicting water, this work constructs its rhythm and stillness, inviting the viewer to experience the landscape through abstraction and emotion.
