This painting titled equilibrium was one of the creations for my last solo show at Corey helford gallery in 2017 named ‘immersion’. That body of work was an expression of, and a meditation on, deep rooted feelings of disconnection, isolation and the difficulties of realizing the union with mind and body. The paintings in in the exhibition including this one, focused on a sense of spaciousness, balance, poise, courage, vulnerability, harmony and stability
